For standard PXB-cells supply shipment, PhoenixBio will accept a cancellation notice if notice is received by PhoenixBio more than fourteen (14) business days prior to shipment, without a cancellation fee charged to Customer. For custom orders (i.e., custom plates and/or plating, custom medium, custom packaging, etc.), there will be a cancellation fee charged to Customer of any expenses. PhoenixBio will provide to Customer written documentation of these charges when confirming these Customer orders or Customer will not be obligated to pay the cancellation fee. Any refunds for the total order amount minus any applicable fees and/or expenses will be processed within 45 days after confirmation by PhoenixBio.
